The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) organized a conference entitled “Can We Judge Terrorism by International Law?” given by Prof. Jean-Marc Sorel, Paris I University.

This event, hosted by the Higher Institute of Political and Administrative Sciences, was held on Tuesday October 22, 2013, from 11:00 to 12:15, in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanity, at USEK Main Campus.
