Within the framework of the agreements linking USEK’s Faculty of Law to those of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and Montpellier I University, a number of French professors came to give courses during the academic year 2011-2012, for the Research Master in Private Law and Public Law, as well as for the Professional Master in International Trade Law, option: International Contracts, and in Commercial Law, option: International Arbitration and Mediation Law.
For the Research Master in Private Law:
- Professor Jean-Baptiste Seube came from the University of Montpellier I and gave a course on “Civil Law”.
For the Research Master in Public Law:
- Professor Michel Verpeaux came from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and gave a course on “Constitutional Law”.
For the Research Master in Private and Public Law:
- Professor Pascal Puig came from the University of Montpellier I and gave a course entitled “Research Methodology and Sources of Law”.
For the Professional Master in International Trade Law, option, International Contracts:
- Professors Didier Ferrier and Laurent Vidal came from the University of Montpellier I in order to give, respectively, courses entitled “Competition and International Trade Law” and “Economic Analysis of Contracts”.
