I write to remember the tragedy of my city. I write it with my beak on the leaves of a plane tree on the river bank with my tears as permanent ink. I am inspired by the murmur of the stream, the rustles of the trees, the melodies of the shepherd, and the freezing cold of the shelter.
I replenish my supplies of suffering on the sails of the imagination, hoping it might become, one day, a song of joy to my homeland, one that allows me to restitute my stolen self.
