Definition
The student has to pay his/her tuition fees according to the dates of payment defined by the financial administration of the University. However, in some particular cases, the Financial Aid Office can spread out the payment of the student’s fees over several months, by defining a payment schedule. This schedule is to be fixed according to the student’s real possibilities and on the basis of the social file previously submitted to the Financial Aid Office. The spreading out of the fees cannot exceed the end of the current semester. However, in extreme cases and after having meticulously examined the student’s social file, the Office’s Director can define a schedule that exceeds the current semester or academic year.
Procedure
The student who wants to spread out his/her tuition fees, according to a different schedule from the one defined by the University’s financial administration, should get the preliminary approval of the Financial Aid Office. The student has therefore to visit the Financial Aid Office at the beginning of every semester so that his/her tuition fees are registered on his/her account.
After examining the student’s case and after the approval of the Financial Aid Office, a detailed record card of the student’s personalized payment is signed by the student and/or by his/her financial guardian.
