Chadia Sawaya is an assistant professor in the Business School. Having joined USEK in 2011 as a part-time instructor, she currently serves as the Head of the MBA program.
Her research interests span several topics in business administration (finance, management, marketing). Her interests gravitate around the Lebanese banking system, involving explorations into financial literacy, the impact of macroeconomic vulnerabilities on banking institutions, and the dynamics of sustainable marketing strategies in the financial sector. With a keen focus on talent management, her work also encompasses HR practices and their influence on employee retention in Lebanese private universities.
She holds one patent: “A Display Device for Human Resource Outcomes and Structural Analysis to Inspire Employees (Design Number: 6316879)”.
