Father Khoury is a distinguished academic and healthcare administrator. Since 2011, he has been an Associate Professor at the School of Law and Political Sciences, Holy Spirit University, where he has significantly contributed to legal scholarship. His research, including the publication "Des nullités en matière civile" (PUSEK, 2016), reflects his expertise in civil law and international perspectives.

In March 2023, he was appointed as Dean of the School of Law and Political Sciences, where he is actively involved as a thesis and dissertation supervisor.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Father Khoury has played pivotal roles at CHU Notre Dame des Secours-Jbeil. He served as Director of Economic Affairs and Human Resources (2013-2016), General Director (2016-2023), and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board.

Father Khoury's dedication to academia, coupled with his leadership in healthcare administration and diverse personal interests, exemplifies his multifaceted contributions to both legal education and healthcare management in Lebanon.
