Madonna Salameh-Ayanian is an associate professor of entrepreneurship and HR at the USEK Business School. She joined USEK in 2010 and currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Executive Studies.
Madonna’s extensive experience involves the design and implementation of executive education programs in collaboration with industry trailblazers and international institutions. An advocate for the careers of women, leadership, governance, and entrepreneurship, she has been the lead organizer of the Executive Woman’s Conference since 2016. Her research interests encompass HR, entrepreneurship, and governance, reflecting her commitment to advancing knowledge in these critical areas.
In addition to various director roles, Madonna has years of experience in consultancy projects with key companies in Lebanon in areas related to HR, marketing, management, and PR. She has conducted training sessions on diverse subjects and provided mentorship to startups. Her professional engagements extend to working with embassies, retailers, manufacturers, and the jewelry industry.
Before transitioning to academia, Madonna served as an acquisition executive at LBCI, a prominent TV station in Lebanon, contributing to her well-rounded background that combines academic knowledge with practical industry expertise.
