Mario Sassine is an Associate Professor of Management at the USEK Business School. Having joined USEK in 2009 as an Assistant Professor, he currently serves as the Research Coordinator and oversees the recruitment of PhD candidates in business sciences at the Doctoral College.

His research interests span both governance processes of family-owned businesses and applied methodologies in corporate finance.

Mario’s areas of expertise extend to business planning, business valuation and investments analysis/assessment, financial management, and feasibility studies.
