Satya Subrahmanyam is a professor of leadership at the Business School. Having joined USEK in 2022 as a professor, he currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Research.
With over 25 years of experience in academia and management in addition to expertise in international facilities and corporate training, his teaching prioritizes innovation and emphasizes technical, research, and design fundamentals, applied across a diverse background at institutions, such as Cambridge University, the University of London, and Vignan Institute of Technology and Management.
Proficient in integrating cutting-edge technologies for seamless learning experiences, Satya’s skills in administration, time management, and communication reflect his leadership qualities and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Throughout his career, Satya has taught various subjects, covering human resources management, principles of management, business research methods, organizational theory, business ethics, compensation and reward management, among others. His academic contributions include 41 research articles, conference presentations, event chairing, international conference organization, and patent registrations. Besides authoring book chapters, facilitating certificate courses, and conducting management training programs for oil corporations in the Kurdistan Region, his research interests include global leadership, human resources practices, strategic management, corporate leadership, women leadership, and business analytics.
