Sibelle Freiha is an assistant professor of business administration at the Business School. Having joined USEK in 2023 upon obtaining her PhD, she currently teaches finance and economics.
Her research spans several business topics, such as finance, organizational behavior, corporate governance, organizational justice, and entrepreneurship. Her focus has been on the actions and attitudes of individuals, leaders’ interactions, and their impact on organizational success. Her recent publications in 2023 include:
