Institutional Research

USEK's Institutional Research and Assessment Office plays a pivotal role in promoting academic excellence and data-driven decision-making. This scope includes thorough data gathering, in-depth analysis, and insightful reporting on a range of aspects related to the University's operations. This includes monitoring students’ academic progress, analyzing the success of programs, and evaluating institutional outcomes. The office enables the institution to strategically plan, carry out improvements, and fulfill its mission and goals by giving fast and reliable information. Our commitment to transparency is demonstrated by the release of the University Factbook, an extensive tool that offers useful data to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Assessment

The IRA Office carries out systematic assessment of student learning outcomes, academic programs, and institutional effectiveness. To get a thorough grasp of the educational impact, the office collects both qualitative and quantitative data using a range of assessment tools. This includes designing and administering surveys with different stakeholders to assess course and program-level effectiveness, satisfaction with academic offerings, and alignment of programs with the highest standards of quality and the job market. The main focus is to ensure attainment of program educational objectives and outcomes by providing faculty and administrators with detailed feedback and practical insights and assisting in enhancing curriculum design and teaching approaches.
