Thank you for your interest in pursuing Doctoral studies at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK).

To apply for online admission, you must hold a master’s degree (or an equivalent diploma approved by the Equivalence Committee at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education) in any of the disciplines approved by the program and must fulfill all eligibility requirements as defined by the program (List of USEK PhD programs).

Applicants can opt for a PhD Thesis Proposal (PTP) from the USEK Doctoral College page or present their individual PhD Thesis Proposal (iPTP template)

Before starting the online admission process, please make sure you have the e-version of the following documents available:
1. The national identity card (photocopy of the passport for foreign applicants).
2. A recent passport-size photo.
3. The Lebanese Baccalaureate certificate or an equivalent degree, certified by the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
4. Your certified bachelor’s degree, or the title officially recognized as equivalent, along with a certified transcript.
5. Your certified master’s (Master’s/DEA) degree, or the title officially recognized as equivalent, along with a certified transcript.
6. The equivalence of previously earned diplomas (bachelor’s and master’s) certified by the Equivalence Committee at the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
7. Your master’s dissertation (master’s thesis/DEA thesis/final year project). 
8. Two letters of recommendations issued by faculty who are not prospective supervisors.
9. A motivation letter (400-500 words) indicating your purpose for pursuing doctoral study in this field at USEK and specifying your research interests and/or practical experience in the field.
10. A resume or CV.
11. Employment certificates, if any.
12. Evidence of research activities, such as books, publications, and conference participations.
13. Admission File information.
14. An Individual PhD Thesis Proposal (iPTP) (only for candidates submitting their PhD proposal).
