The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) organized an international colloquium entitled: "Socio-Cultural and Economic Challenges and Prospects in Latin America: Relations with Lebanon and the Middle East".

This event, hosted by the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities and the Center of Studies and Cultures of Latin America (CECAL) was held on May 15-16, 2014, in the Jean El Hawa Auditorium, at USEK Main Campus.
