Placed under the title of ‘The Fight against Terrorism’, a debate took place on October 3, 2011, between the French Republic Prosecutor – Deputy Chief of Section C1, terrorism and offences against national security and 4th year students of law in USEK. The Prosecutor, Mr. Jean-Julien Xavier-Rolai, extensively presented his point of view on the definition of terrorism; its different forms, its multiple causes as well as new techniques enacted to prevent it.
