As part of a collaboration between the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), Institut Mines Télécom (IMT) - École des Mines d'Alès, and the French start-up ConnectHive, a French delegation of academic and industrial partners has recently visited USEK to discuss their connected apiculture project.
This project, including engineering students and researchers from both universities, aims to enable beekeepers to follow in real time the activity of their apiaries, by providing them with new technologies in IoT and AI designed to improve honey production and reduce bee colony losses.
