Agri-Food Seminar: “Controlling of Wine Malolactic Fermentation: Challenges and Current Situation”

The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) organized a seminar entitled: “Controlling of Wine Malolactic Fermentation: Challenges and Current Situation.”

The event, hosted by the Department of Department of Agri-Food Sciences of the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, was held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., in the Conference Hall.
