As part of the activities held in celebration of World Food Safety Day, the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) organized a webinar entitled “Food Safety: Everyone’s Business”, given by Dr. Emilio Mouaness who addressed the importance of food safety and the various risks of foodborne diseases. The webinar will be followed by Q&A.
