The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) organized a sacred music concert, titled: “Litanies à la Vierge Noire”, given by “Les Solistes de Beyrouth by USEK”, a group of students recently formed by Mr. Fernando Afara, baritone and opera singing instructor. The group will perform a repertoire of oriental and occidental sacred Marian hymns composed by Poulenc, Fauré, Gounod, Délibes, and Boellmann, on the Solemnity of the Annunciation.

This event, hosted by the School of Music and Performing Arts, in collaboration with the Embassy of France in Lebanon and the Institut Français du Liban, took place on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Gemmayzeh.
