Within the context of law in the movies, the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) organized the screening of the first episode of the French TV series “La loi d’Alexandre” [The Law of Alexander], entitled “Comme des frères” [Like Brothers], a TV movie that highlights legal, procedural and moral issues by telling the fictional story of an attorney, Alexander, specialized in commercial law, who learns of the murder of his long-time friend and colleague, Raphael, whose fiancé is accused of his murder. Alexander takes on her defense at the Assize court. He must prevail against his own weaknesses, and discovers, along the way, troubling facts.

This event, hosted by the Faculty of Law, took place on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at 9:30 a.m., in the Conference Hall.

After the screening, a discussion was held between students and instructors.
