As part of the International Francophonie Day activities, the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) hosted a conference entitled “Why is Mexico an Observer Member of Francophonie?”, given by Mr. Steven Milon, Consul of the Mexican Embassy in Lebanon.

This event was held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., in Jean El Hawa Auditorium.
