Under the WPS Project funded by the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, USEK is hosting a two-part workshop titled “Women, Peace, and Security in Lebanon: A Workshop on Peace, Policy, and Participation.”

Held on April 23 at the USEK Campus and April 30 at the Zahle Campus, the workshop seeks to amplify the role of women in peacebuilding and security efforts across Lebanon. Through expert-led seminars, participants will examine how the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda can be localized to better address gender-specific challenges in conflict and post-conflict settings.
