5- How do I change/reset my password?

To reset your password, follow the steps on this WIKI page.

The new password will be required to access all USEK services (MyUSEK, Banner, e-Learning, Office365 applications including the USEK email, Wi-Fi, etc.).

If you encounter any issues, please send an email to it.servicedesk@usek.edu.lb requesting a password reset. A service ticket will be automatically submitted. Make sure to include your student ID number, an attachment of your ID or passport, and your USEK email.

If you are on campus, you can visit our EITS User Support Office located at Building A, Room AC001.
