Summer school at University of Holy Spirit: an experience not to be missed.
In the summer of 2019 thanks to a scholarship from the University “L’Orientale” of Naples, I spent two amazing weeks as international student at the University of Holy Spirit in Kaslik. I attended a language and cultural course that included traditional dance lessons and oenology workshops. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had because I had the opportunity to meet incredible people from Lebanon and other international students from Brazil and Netherlands. Furthermore, I visited many cities like Beirut, Byblos, Baalbek, Batroun, thanks to the tour guides organized by the staff of the University. A little paragraph can’t explain how much I’ve learned from this travel and how much I’m grateful to the University of Kaslik for its friendly hospitality and for taking care of us from the first to the last day. For all these reasons I would recommend all international students, who have the opportunity, to spend some time to this wonderful and green University.

In summer 2019, I have had the best experience in my life at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik. It was held on campus, and everything was well organized. The most important thing was meeting new people from different countries and building relationships in different cultures.
Next to the courses offered in the summer program, I had the opportunity to meet with doctors teaching at the university to discuss things and ask questions related to my major. I highly recommend students to live this experience and of course I would go for it again.

One of my favorite countries in the world is Lebanon and I have always wanted to go abroad for a summer school, so this was the perfect combination. I had a great time and I met wonderful people. Eat manakeesh in the early morning sun, have a tour at the winery to learn more about wine and end with the Lebanese dabke class. These moments and experiences mean the world to me. If time goes back, I would do it all over again!

In Summer 2019 while spending my summer vacation in Lebanon I decided to join the summer school at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK). It was a wonderful experience; I had the chance to meet spectacular people from around the world (Brazil, Netherlands, Italy). As a Lebanese living abroad, I had the opportunity to attend cultural courses such as Lebanese traditional dance and oenology. Arabic language is my mother tongue, therefore, instead of learning Arabic language that I already master, I got the chance to visit the Asher Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Also, it was great to take part in tours around Lebanon as we visited many important and heritage cities. I have learned a lot from this experience, and I encourage all international students to live this experience.
