Within the framework of a series of meetings on the subject of "Ethics for all”, the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) is organizing a conference-debate: “Compromise and ethics: a Lebanese example of ecology”, moderated by Doctor Zaki Ghorayeb, Pediatric surgeon, member of the Executive Committee of the Center for Ethics and Bioethics and former adviser to the Ministry of Environment.

This event, hosted by the Center for Ethics and Bioethics of the Higher Center for Research, will be held on Wednesday December 2, 2015, from 6:00 pm till 7:30 pm, in the Conference Hall.

Based on a real situation, we will try to rediscover the feasible and not feasible to reach a compromise or ethical solutions (perhaps both). We also discuss the concept of compromise and its variations. At the end, ethics will be rediscovered.
