Mission
The Review and Dissemination Center (RDC) contributes to the development of comprehensive, systematic, and scoping reviews, in addition to meta-analysis and other research syntheses in various research fields at USEK to enhance the research culture of the University. It also builds the capacity to conduct and publish reviews at the individual, thematic, and institutional levels.
Vision
The RDC seeks to become a leading center for producing quality research reviews covering various subjects, such as public health, food safety and security, artificial intelligence and education, the environment, and engineering.
Activities
The RDC undertakes the following activities:
- overviewing the writing and publishing process.
- offering advice on search or research question formulation.
- providing guidance with systematic review steps.
- offering advice on the selection of databases/sources for specific topics.
- providing training and guidance on scientometrics and bibliometrics.
- providing training on the use of bibliographic citation software to manage citations and share results.
- obtaining the full text of published papers (in collaboration with the USEK Library).
