- To borrow material, you will need your USEK ID Card;
- Your USEK ID Card is also used to pay for printing and photocopying in the Library.

Renewing of items is allowed once for an additional 14 days.
- Obtain materials (books, articles and chapters) from other libraries that are not available at the USEK Library.
- Administrators can request up to 20 items.
- Staff can request up to 10 item.
- The loan period for books is 14 days, or according to the exceptions policy of the lending library.
- Renewing of items is not guaranteed; renewals should be made one week prior to the due date indicated on the item.

- Off-campus access to electronic resources to access online resources from anywhere off campus using your USEK username and password.
- Reserve a group study room in the Kaslik campus Library.
- You can reserve up to 2 hours of study room use per day and up to 6 total hours per week.
- You can reserve the multipurpose room for meetings and administrative sessions.
- Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
- Reserved rooms must be claimed within the first 15 minutes of the reservation.
- Rooms are available Monday-Friday only during Library opening hours but not on weekends, holidays, or during periods when the Library is closed.

- Ask Us for assistance with your research by contacting a librarian in person, by phone, by e-mail or chat.
- Research appointments with a librarian for in-depth help with your research paper or assignment.
- Research Workshops for workshops on how to learn about using library resources, electronic resources, the scholarly research process, citation styles, plagiarism, and other topics.
- Research guides provide you with targeted information on a specific topic or tool to help you in your research.
- Cite your sources for how to cite your references properly.
- To activate or recharge your account, ask for the Retail Cash Officer at the Registrar Office.
- The minimal activation or recharge fee is 5,000LL.
- Provide suggestions for the purchase of resources that would improve our collection.
Activities
- Exhibitions to exhibit your artwork (paintings, photos, etc.) in the Library.
- Film, Photography and Recording for organizing your session with the Library to make use of the premises to film, photograph or record.
