With over 300,000 print volumes and other items, USEK Library is also home to a Digitization Center and a Preservation Center, and accommodates rich Rare and Special Collections in an effort to preserve our Lebanese heritage, and support the instructional needs of our community.
USEK Library tours will guide you through the wide variety of study spaces, library collections, technologies, equipment, and facilities available to library users. To help you find your way around, the Library offers an introduction to our many services.
Types of visits
Library visits are divided into the following:
- Guest or school tours. To reserve a tour, please complete a Reserve a Library Tour form.
- Student tours organized by Faculty/instructors for their classes. To reserve a library tour for a class, please complete this form.
- Visiting guests, researchers and academia can contact us to book a tour by sending an email to biblio@usek.edu.lb
Booking Requirements
- A minimum notice of five (5) working days is required;
- After submitting an online library tour or orientation session request, the Library will process your request and email you the response;
- In the event of any change or cancellations, the requestor should notify the Library 24 hours in advance, by emailing biblio@usek.edu.lb;
- Walk-in tours are not permitted without prior arrangement;
