"Summer School at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik: An Unforgettable Experience"
In the summer of 2019, I was fortunate to receive a scholarship from the University “L’Orientale” of Naples to attend the Summer School at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik. This two-week program was one of the best experiences of my life. I participated in language and cultural courses, including traditional dance lessons and oenology workshops. I had the opportunity to meet incredible people from Lebanon, as well as other international students from Brazil and the Netherlands. The staff at USEK organized cultural tours to cities like Beirut, Byblos, Baalbek, and Batroun, allowing me to explore Lebanon's rich history and heritage. I learned so much from this experience, and I am deeply grateful for the warm hospitality and care provided by the university. I highly recommend this program to all international students who want to experience Lebanon in a meaningful and immersive way.

Lebanon has always been one of my favorite countries, and when I found out about the Summer School at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, I knew it was the perfect opportunity. I’ll always remember the mornings spent enjoying ‘manakeesh’ under the sun, the wine tour that deepened my appreciation for Lebanese winemaking, and the energetic dabke dance lessons. "A Memorable Cultural Journey at USEK"
As a Lebanese student living abroad, I was eager to reconnect with my roots and deepen my understanding of Lebanese culture. The Summer School at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik provided me with that opportunity in 2019. It was an exceptional experience where I met amazing people from Brazil, the Netherlands, Italy, and beyond. Although Arabic is my native language, I opted to focus on cultural courses, including Lebanese traditional dance and oenology, which I thoroughly enjoyed. One of the highlights was visiting the Asher Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, an experience that inspired me greatly. The university also organized tours to some of Lebanon's most important cities, enriching my understanding of the country’s rich heritage. This program has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I encourage every international student to take part in it.
