Mission
The mission of the minor in photography is to develop professional image-makers through student-centered studies in history, technology and practical production of photographic images.
Program Educational Objectives
1. Students will be able to produce a set of creative work suitable for seeking professional opportunities in the field of photography.
2. Students will communicate their ideas professionally and connect with their intended audience using visual and written presentation skills relevant to their field.
3. Students will execute technical, esthetic, and conceptual decisions based on an understanding of photography principles.
