The bylaws here outline the regulations, policies, and procedures, designed to protect, and maintain standards and transparency, and outline the rights and responsibilities of institutional actors for the University including:

• The Supreme Council of the Lebanese Maronite Order (OLM)
• The USEK Board of Trustees
• The president, senior vice-presidents, the provost, deputy presidents, committees, councils, academic units, faculty and departments, research centers, the RUCs, and the Librarian
