The Freshman program at USEK is for students who are completing one of the following programs:

• The official American baccalaureate.
• The IB Certificate.
• IGCSE with O Levels.

You can either apply for Freshman Arts or Freshman Sciences, both requiring the completion of 30 credits over 2 consecutive semesters. Once completed, you can apply for the undergraduate program as a sophomore.

To be eligible to apply as a freshman at USEK, you must complete the online application form and submit the following documents:

• A photocopy of your identity card and/or passport (for international applicants) or a copy of the individual civil status record (for non-Lebanese applicants only).
• A permit of study issued by the Equivalence Committee at the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education allowing you to join the Freshman program.
• An SAT score of 870 for Freshman Arts and 950 for Freshman Sciences.
