With more than thirty years of experience in higher education administration, governance, and public accountability, Dr. Deeb has an extensive background in higher education, having served as the sixth President of Trocaire College and in various leadership roles at institutions across the United States.

His professional journey includes positions, such as Vice President for Student Services at Niagara County Community College, Vice President for Student Affairs at West Liberty State University, and Executive Director for Enrollment Management at Youngstown State University. In addition to his leadership roles, Dr. Deeb has been actively involved in several professional institutions, delegations, and memberships.

Currently, he is an evaluator for the Middle States Commission for Higher Education, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Educational Programs and Student Success Committee at Maria College in Albany, New York. Additionally, he is an active member of the Maronite Church in Youngstown, Ohio; Wheeling West Virginia; and Buffalo, New York, and has received several awards from different institutions, including: the St. John Maron Parish Service Award (2016), the Kent State University Higher Education Alumni Award (2015-2016), and the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik Outstanding Service Award (2016).
