Erasmus+ Faculty Mobility to University of Economics in Katowice (UEK), Poland – 14th International Week, April 2024

Two USEK full-time faculty are invited to participate in the Teaching Staff Mobility INTERNATIONAL WEEK at University of Economics in Katowice, Poland on April 7-11, 2025, at University of Economics in Katowice, Poland.
The general topic of the event is: Internet Communication Management comprises a wide range of subjects ranging from Management & Marketing to Information Communication Technologies.
During this week, Polish and international students will participate in the courses conducted by foreign lecturers and receive ECTS for each of them (3 ECTS per 16 lecture hours). Moreover, participating lecturers will be invited to take part in the Seminar on Smart Technology & Smart Research, during which they can present their research results, their institution, and their country.
Lecturers are expected to deliver one course, either 8 or 16 hours in length, but are encouraged to offer additional courses throughout the week if they wish. Teaching methods are entirely at the discretion of the lecturers—they may opt for traditional lectures, presentations, or foster student engagement through workshops, discussions, projects, or group presentations.
Additionally, during International Week, there will be brainstorming sessions, informal discussions, and talks aimed at exploring further opportunities for collaboration between universities.

The Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca UPSA in Spain is organizing its 3rd International Staff and Teaching Week UPSA - BIP, titled “Inclusion and Mental Well-being in Higher Education”, which will take place from April 7 to 11, 2025 in Salamanca. The International Staff and Teaching Week will be organised as a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP).
The international week is open to academic and administrative staff from all university services.
Faculty members from the following areas can apply:
- Health sciences (Nursing, speech therapy, physiotherapy, nutrition).
- Social psychology/Psychology of work,
- Marketing (Branding, sales and commercial management, commercial research, operations management, commercial law for unfair competition and industrial property matters).
- Advertising and public relations (Advertising and public relations strategies, interaction design, visual identity, law for degrees in journalism, advertising and audio-visual communication)
- Education
- Sport sciences
- Computer sciences
- Business administration
- Theology
- Canon law
Faculty will have the opportunity to teach UPSA students and connect with international teachers from the same research area.
Administrative staff will have the opportunity to do a job shadowing and to exchange best practices in an international context.
