THE MARONITE EVANGELIARY
Call Number: OLM983 (Tamich1)

One of the most remarkable manuscripts of the Lebanese Maronite Order, written in Aleppo, Syria, contains a Syriac-Garshuni Gospel of the XVIIth century (1673, 354 ff, 33 x 23 x 10 cm) including a text in two columns (23 lines per column). The Gospels are divided according to the days and feasts of the Maronite liturgical year.
