The mission of the Student Success and Retention Office is to promote growth and development, and to cultivate a sense of belonging by providing students with the support they need to remain motivated and achieve success throughout their journey at USEK. 
Through proactive intervention and collaboration with academic and administrative units, we aim to enhance the overall student experience and facilitate successful transitions.
