A. FILE SUBMISSION
Step 1: Complete the online application and provide:
- a photocopy of the national identity card and/or a photocopy of the passport or a copy of the individual civil status record
- a recent passport-size photo. (صورة شمسية)
- a certified copy of university degree(s) equivalence(s) by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Lebanon.
- Official transcript(s) covering all previous academic work.
Step 2: Choose a program, test date, and admission type (regular or transfer).
Step 3: Pay the
non-refundable 30 USD admissions file fees, via OMT or BOB Finance at any Bank of Beirut, BLOM Bank, Bank Audi, or Byblos bank branch
Step 4: Sit for an on-campus entrance exam (if needed).
B. RESULTS
- You will receive an email with your results once published.
- If you wish to confirm your choice of studies, you should log in to the Apply Platform and submit your request..
C. FILE COMPLETION
Once your records are activated and your program is confirmed, you must complete your file with the hard copies requested below within one month after the semester starts:
- A certified copy of your Lebanese Baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma.
- A certified copy of your university diploma or its equivalence.
- Your university transcript(s).
PS: If you fail to complete your file in a timely manner, an incomplete file hold will be placed on your records.
D. REGISTRATION
- Once activated, you must settle the non-refundable deposit of 200 USD as an early bird or the full first payment (1,000 USD) for the Regular Registration via OMT/BOB Finance or at any Bank Audi, BLOM, Bank of Beirut, or Byblos Bank branch.
- Once activated, You will receive an email from the Enterprise IT Service Desk with your email address and password, along with the instructions on how to reset your password and set up your email on your mobile.
- Attend the Mandatory 'New Students Orientation Session' on campus, in which expert help and advice will be at hand to assist you in registering for your courses using Banner Self Service. Dates and session details will be emailed to you and can also be found on the USEK Academic Calendar.
