On November 18, 2010, the Consul General of Brazil in Lebanon, Mr. Renato Menezes visited CECAL at USEK accompanied by the Vice-Consul Mr. Saúlo Castro de Carvalho. They participated in the projection of a movie entitled Eu Sou Feliz and visited the USEK campus.

The Consul General Menezes offered to the Library of Latin America Brazilian books from the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
