On April 9, 2013, USEK signed an agreement with the John F. Kennedy University (UK), Buenos Aires, Argentina (www.kennedy.edu.ar). The Vice President for International Relations, Rev. Fr. Georges Hobeika and the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities, Dr. Hoda Nehme, visited Argentina for a meeting with the Rector of the Universidad John F. Kennedy, Dr. María Elisa David Herren.

At the same occasion, they gave a lecture on the Day of Lebanon, organized by the “Catedra del Libanon”, chaired by Dr. María Ester Jozami who is of Lebanese origins.

Rev. Fr. Hobeika and Dr. Nehme concluded their visit to the Universidad Tres de Febrero in Buenos Aires and the Universidad Del Salvador, and signed agreements with the latter.
