The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) organized a concert, entitled “Lyrical Night”. A varied group of talented students will perform opera arias, French melodies, German Lieder, and duettos.

The concert, featuring the singing class of Mr. Fernando Afara, aims to promote lyrical art by supporting young amateur singers and encouraging them to pursue their studies in lyrical singing. The program includes Mozart, Bellini, Saint-Saëns, Fauré, Offenbach, Humperdinck, Poulenc, Gershwin, and Bernstein, with piano accompaniment by Elie Sawma.

This event, hosted by the School of Music and Performing Arts, took place on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 8:00 p.m., in the John Paul II Amphitheater.
