1- How can I log into e-learning?
From your preferred web browser, navigate to
USEK’s e-Learning page.
To log in, enter your student ID number and password (the same password used for your e-mail), then click on “Log in”.
For the best experience, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are recommended.
2- What if I cannot find my courses on e-Learning?
First, double-check that you confirmed all the courses enrolled during the “Initial Registration” period on Banner. The registration status of the course must indicate “Final Registration”; otherwise, your course status will remain “Initial Registration” and will be automatically dropped after the confirmation of the “Initial Registration” period.
Upon course confirmation, you need to wait 24 hours for the synchronization process to finish, then your courses will show up on your dashboard on e-Learning.
The dashboard has course filters: All, In Progress, Future, Past, Starred and Removed. Therefore, you may need to adjust the filters on the dashboard to locate specific courses.
If you are still facing issues, please contact us on
elearning@usek.edu.lb.
3- What is the maximum upload file size for an assignment on e-learning?
It depends. For each assignment, your instructor can specify the maximum size of the uploaded file, as well as its type. You can find the maximum size for an uploaded file above the upload box.
4- How do my old courses disappear from e-Learning?
Your courses will remain available on e-Learning for 3 academic years. After that, you will no longer be able to find or access them.
