To keep your Financial Aid Application (FAA) active, you need to renew it every year. Your current FAA covers two semesters, conditions apply. For more information, please check the FAO services section on this

If you are receiving financial aid at USEK and qualify for another discount, the Financial Aid Review Committee will decide how much you can save based on your income and USEK rules. For more information, please check the FAO services section on this

Your financial aid percentage depends on your socio-economic situation and any changes that happen each year. Do not forget to renew your Financial Aid Application (FAA) on a yearly basis.
9- Is financial aid available for students applying for international exchange?
Students registered at USEK maintain their discount even during an international exchange semester directed by the International Affairs Office (IAO).
10- If my brother/sister and I are simultaneously registered at USEK, can we benefit from a reduction on our tuition fees?
Siblings enrolled simultaneously at USEK can benefit from the siblings’ allowance. For more details, please check the FAO services section on this

One Financial Aid Application must be submitted whenever two or more siblings are studying simultaneously at USEK; however, all will benefit from financial aid.
12- I am a relative of an OLM member. How can I benefit from a discount?
If you are a brother/sister or nephew/niece of an OLM member, you can apply for a specific discount. For more details, please check the FAO services section on this

To be considered for financial aid, please submit your application. The committee will review it and determine your eligibility.
15- Do I need to be admitted before I can apply for financial aid?
Once you receive your USEK ID, you are eligible to apply for financial aid.
16- Should my parents attend the financial aid meeting with the social worker?
You or your parents can decide, knowing that their presence is only optional if you can answer the questions yourself.
17- How is the financial aid discount applied (on which part of the tuition fees)?
Financial aid applies to the full tuition fees, except the registration/operational and NSSF fees.
18- How is the financial aid discount determined and what is the maximum percentage?
Financial aid is a needs-based discount. Its percentage is determined by the Financial Aid Review Committee according to your socioeconomic situation.
19- Is the financial aid discount applicable during the Summer Session?
No, no discounts are applicable during the Summer Session.
