2- Do I need to apply for financial aid each year?
Yes. The Financial Aid Application is valid for one academic cycle. If you switch to a different degree program or academic level, you will need to submit a new application to remain eligible.
3- What documents are required to apply for financial aid?

link. Your privacy is important - your personal data will be kept confidential.
4- Am I eligible for financial aid?

5- Can I benefit from multiple discounts?
If you are granted another type of discount in addition to financial aid, the Financial Aid Review Committee (FARC) will determine the total reduction amount based on your socioeconomic situation and in line with the USEK regulations.
6- Can I pay my tuition fees in monthly installments?
Students must adhere to the payment schedule set by the University. After settling the initial registration payment, the remaining balance is divided into 3 payments per semester. Payment deadlines are specified in the
Academic Calendar.
7- Can I pay all the full fees for the semester in one installment?

8- Does my financial aid discount percentage change from year to year?
The financial aid percentage is reviewed at the beginning of each semester. If unexpected circumstances arise or significant changes occur in your financial situation, you may submit an appeal to re-evaluate your case in light of the new conditions.

9- Is financial aid available for students applying for international exchange?
Students enrolled at USEK maintain their discount even during an international exchange semester coordinated by the International Affairs Office (IAO).
10- If my brother/sister and I are simultaneously registered at USEK, can we benefit from a reduction on our tuition fees?

11- As siblings, do we need to submit separate Financial Aid Application forms?
Yes. Each sibling must submit a separate application, except when applying simultaneously for the first time.
12- I am a relative of an OLM member. How can I benefit from a discount?
If you are a brother/sister or nephew/niece of an OLM member, you can apply for a specific discount. For more details, please check the FAO services section on this
link.
13- Which additional discounts are available?

14- I probably do not qualify for financial aid. Should I apply anyway?
Yes. To be considered for financial aid, please submit an application. The committee will review your file and determine your eligibility.
15- Do I need to be admitted before I can apply for financial aid?
Once you receive your USEK ID, you may apply for financial aid.
16- Should my parents attend the financial aid meeting with the social worker?
It’s optional. You or your parents can decide, knowing that their presence is not required if you can answer the questions yourself.
17- How is the financial aid discount applied (on which part of the tuition fees)?
Financial aid applies to the full tuition fees, except the registration/operational and NSSF fees.
18- How is the financial aid discount determined and what is the maximum percentage?
Financial aid is a need-based discount. The percentage is determined by the Financial Aid Review Committee according to your socioeconomic situation.
19- Is the financial aid discount applicable during the Summer Session?
No. Financial aid discounts are not applicable during the Summer Session.
