Holds a Law Degree from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) (1994)
Holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Administrative and Financial Law from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK)
Was appointed as judge at the Court of Audit (1999 – 2014)
Has held the position of North Lebanon Governor since 2014
Taught at the Institute of Judicial Studies – Department of Financial Law from 1995 to 1999
Worked as a lecturer in financial and tax law at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) from 2000 to 2011.
